Arkansas keeps things fairly tight across the board at 25% front, and sedan owners don't get much flexibility in the rear either with a 10% minimum. SUV and truck owners have the same limitation on rear glass, so this state treats all vehicles roughly the same. If you're installing tint here, expect a more modest final result compared to neighboring states.
