Missouri allows 35% front side tint and back and rear windows are unrestricted for all vehicle types, which is a genuinely relaxed setup. The state has a required vehicle inspection so your installer needs to be on point, but the limits themselves are reasonable. Any darkness in the rear means you've got a lot of creative room on the back half of the car.
