Oregon allows 35% on front sides for all vehicles and SUVs get any darkness on rear glass. The Pacific Northwest isn't typically thought of as a hot state, but UV exposure is still real and the cloudy sky can actually make glare more diffuse and harder to deal with. It's a moderate state with SUV-friendly rear rules.
