Connecticut allows 35% on front sides which is right at the lenient end of the national range. Sedan rear windows are unrestricted, and SUVs get even more flexibility overall with any darkness allowed in the back. It's a reasonably balanced state for tint, especially if you're in an SUV or crossover.
