Same as Toyota: open the driver's door and look at the door jamb sticker. Find the row labeled "C/TR". The first value after "C/" is your 3-character paint code. On the RX and NX SUVs, the sticker is on the B-pillar area. On the IS and ES sedans, it's right on the door jamb.
Lexus is Toyota's luxury division and uses the exact same 3-character paint code system. Codes like 1G1 (Nebula Gray Pearl), 077 (Eminent White Pearl), 3R1 (Matador Red Mica), or 083 (Nori Green Pearl) are on the driver's door jamb sticker in the "C/TR" row.
Lexus does offer some exclusive colors that don't appear on Toyotas, but they still follow the same 3-character format. The Structural Blue on the LC 500 (code 8Y6) is a good example: it's a Lexus-only color with a unique light-refracting pigment, but the code follows Toyota's standard system.
Not every Lexus puts the code in the same spot. Here's where to look for each model:

Yes. Lexus uses Toyota's 3-character system. Code 1G1 (Nebula Gray Pearl) is the same formula on a Lexus RX and a Toyota Highlander. Any paint supplier can match either brand from the same code.
Open the driver's door and check the B-pillar area for a sticker with the "C/TR" row. The 3 characters after "C/" are your paint code. It's the same system as Toyota.
Structural Blue (8Y6) uses a pigment that creates color through light interference rather than traditional dye. It's exclusive to the Lexus LC and uses the same 3-character code format, but the paint itself is unlike anything else in the Toyota/Lexus lineup.
Yes. While the code system is shared with Toyota, Lexus offers some luxury-exclusive colors like Structural Blue (8Y6) and certain Nori Green and Infrared shades that don't appear on any Toyota model.
