Open the driver's door and look at the door jamb or B-pillar area. There's a sticker with vehicle specifications and a row labeled "PNT" with your 3-character code. On the Ram 1500 it's always on the driver's door jamb. On the 2500 and 3500 Heavy Duty models, it's in the same general area but sometimes on the B-pillar.
Ram is part of Stellantis and shares the same 3-character paint code system with Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler. Codes like PXR (Granite Crystal Metallic), PW7 (Bright White), PAR (Maximum Steel Metallic), or PX8 (Diamond Black Crystal) are listed next to "PNT" on the door jamb sticker.
Ram trucks often come in two-tone configurations, especially higher trims. If your truck has a two-tone paint job, you'll see two codes on the sticker: one for the primary color and one for the accent. Both follow the same 3-character format.
Not every Ram puts the code in the same spot. Here's where to look for each model:

Yes. Ram, Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler all use the same Stellantis system. PW7 (Bright White) is the same paint formula across all four brands. The code doesn't change based on the badge.
You'll have two codes on the PNT sticker. One is for the main body color and the other for the accent color. Identify which area needs repair and match it to the right code. When in doubt, a body shop can tell you which is which.
Yes. The ProMaster uses the same Stellantis 3-character system. The PNT sticker is in the driver's door jamb area, just like on the pickup trucks.
